What is your pet policy?
Rincon Country RV Resorts welcomes pets in our specially designated pet zones. In these zones, you can freely walk and exercise your pets and be amongst other pet owners. For residents and guests without pets, we have pet-free zones.
Our Pet Policy
Pets are allowed at Rincon Country only in designated pet areas. Two pets (dogs or cats, excluding Chows, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Wolf-hybrids, and Pitbulls) may be kept in one unit. The breed exclusions apply to both full and partial-breed dogs. Management’s decision as to whether any pet fits the exclusion is final and conclusive.
Parrots, macaws, and other talking birds are not allowed as pets at Rincon Country RV Resorts.
Dogs and cats may not be tied up outside unattended and must be escorted, on a leash, whenever out-of-doors. Pets may be walked and exercised in designated pet areas. All pet droppings must be cleaned up. No pet should be walked or exercised anywhere without means of proper disposal of pet waste. Pets may not be taken out of pet areas except when traveling in an automobile or RV. Fenced areas for pets on your lot are not permitted. Management reserves the right to withdraw pet privileges should it be necessary.
Barking, growling, snarling, crying, howling, and other nuisance noises are cause for revoking permission to keep a pet. Each resident or guest is responsible for complying with all applicable state, city, and county requirements with respect to licensing, vaccinations, and leash laws. Breeding of animals is not permitted. Pets are not permitted in any of the Community Areas.
Pet Policy for Park Model Rentals
In addition to compliance with the rules of “Our Pet Policy” as stated above, a $50.00 per month pet fee is required at check-in. No more than two dogs or cats, whether yours or others are allowed in the Park Model rental or on the rental site. No washing of pets inside of the rental unit. All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of in outside garbage can provided, not in toilets or sinks. Availability is limited.
Why are you called Rincon Country RV Resorts?
While most of our community is made up of permanently-sited park models, we also have a section of RV sites. RV site rentals are subject to our 55+ and other resort regulations.
Is there a manager on-site year-round?
Yes! Our core park staff, including the park manager, is on-site year-round. We add even more staff during our busy peak season.

Do you have a place where I can store my RV?
Yes! We offer affordable RV storage right on-site in a fenced storage lot.
Is there an on-site store?
No. Fortunately, there is plenty of shopping nearby.
Is there an on-site restaurant?
No, but we are very close to many local and chain restaurants.
Are kids allowed to stay in the park?
They are more than welcome to visit any time for up to 2 weeks, however, we have restrictions on when they can use the facilities such as the pool.
