Born on a farm near the town of Nenagh, County Tipperary, Ireland, George joined the workforce at an early age. He sailed from Ireland in 1956 and opened Rincon Country East November of 1979. Twelve months later, all 460 lots were rented, most of them annual leases. Not one for resting on his laurels, by 1983, he was off again in a new venture. This time Tucson's southwest side was the location for his 1100 space Rincon Country West.
George’s work didn't stop there. Whether it is construction of new amenities or keeping existing ones in top-notch condition, his constant upgrading of the park and its state-of-the-art facilities has always been a number one priority for him.
So if you see George on his tractor, make sure to wave hello and know that he is working hard to keep Rincon Country in first class condition for your next stay in Tucson.
